"We have just spent the most enjoyable 4 days at O Canada House! It has the feeling of visiting old friends. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfasts are not only delicious but eye appealing (and filling!), the beds comfortable and it is within walking distance to Stanley Park, Granville Island, Robson St. and the Hop On Hop Off Trolley pick up is only a short walk. "I stayed here for a recent meeting--about 10-15 min walk to convention center. Much more enjoyable than one of the big hotels my colleagues stayed in, which charge a lot for parking and wi-fi and don't include breakfast. Felt like staying with friends. Chris is a gem. He prepared a nice breakfast of fresh fruit and a hot dish (different every day). I borrowed an umbrella from O' Canada when it rained. "I have to say our Stay with O’ Canada House was simply awesome. As our First visit to Vancouver BC, Suzan and her staff where helpful with suggestions for places to visit and things to do. My wife has several food restrictions and Suzan took these into account as she made breakfast for us each morning and made sure she could see the ingredients of each item if we needed it. We stayed in the Cottage in the back, it is small quint and very unique. For any of you thinking of a honeymoon or anniversary I highly recommend this place. "My adult daughter and I planned a get-a-way to Vancouver - and we found a gem to stay at. This inn/b&b is so central for everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The after-hours pantry for a snack or beverage was a very nice touch. The breakfasts were creative, filling, tasty and plentiful. A tv and small fridge in our room was also a welcome addition. And it was an asset to have wi-fi in our room (no cost). This spot feels like a home away from home without the responsibility. "As Vancouverites, this was a Christmas present to ourselves. We came for a
hockey game, the theatre and to deliver Christmas presents. Our son lives in the
next block so we wanted somewhere close and having walked past here a number of
times this became our number 1 choice.
We LOVED it, from the lovely welcome
and mini-tour to show us the facilities to the room with robes and bathroom
supplies to the more than generous breakfasts that were delicious beyond
compare.
We have already recommended this establishment to a number of
friends here in the Pender Harbour area who do go in to town for
occasions.
We will definitely come back to stay with no hesitation Thank you
