At O' Canada House Bed and Breakfast, we take pride in providing our guests with personalized service and attention. We would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to read and understand our policies outlined below before making a reservation. Check-in and Check-out Policies

Check-in
Our standard check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM daily. For your convenience, we now offer self-check-in, with detailed instructions sent to you via email before your arrival.

Check-out
Check-out is available anytime between 12:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Early Arrivals
If you arrive early, you are welcome to drop off your luggage between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Late Arrivals
Guests arriving after 5:00 PM must notify us in advance so we can provide the necessary self- check-in instructions via email. This ensures a seamless arrival at any time.

Late Check-out
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs. However, we are happy to store your luggage after check-out. In addition, guests are welcome to use our common areas, including the pantry, living room, and dining area, while waiting for their flight or onward travel arrangements.

Children and Extra Person Policy

O' Canada House Bed and Breakfast is an adult-oriented establishment designed for a peaceful and relaxing environment. We accommodate guests aged 12 and older.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12. Each room is designed to host a maximum of two (2) guests. The only exception is the Penthouse Suite, which can accommodate up to four guests. If you plan to arrive with an additional person, prior notice is required to ensure we can meet your needs. Unannounced extra guests cannot be accommodated due to space limitations.

Smoking and Vaping Policy

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly PROHIBITED inside the property and within six (6) meters of the building, including the front porch, garden, and backyard. Violation of this policy will result in a penalty fee.

Pet Policy

To maintain consistency and fairness for all guests, pets are not permitted at O' Canada House Bed and Breakfast. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy ensures a clean and allergen-free environment for everyone. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this rule.

Gift Certificate Policy

At O' Canada House Bed and Breakfast, we are delighted to offer gift certificates as a thoughtful way to share the experience of our charming property. Kindly review the terms and conditions below to ensure a smooth purchase and redemption process.

Required Details:
When purchasing a gift certificate, the name of the recipient(s) and the intended stay date(s) are required. These details help us ensure a seamless experience for the recipient.

Non-Refundable Purchase:
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Changes and Amendments:
If the recipient wishes to change the reservation date or amend the booking details, such changes are subject to availability. In cases where the new reservation date has a higher rate than the original, the price difference must be settled before the change is confirmed. A revised gift certificate reflecting the updated reservation details will be issued.

No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show on the reserved date, the gift certificate will be considered void and cannot be reused or refunded.

Redemption and Validity:
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of booking or upon arrival to be applied to the stay. Certificates are valid only for the specified guest(s) and date(s), and cannot be transferred without prior approval.

Terms of Use:
Gift certificates have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used in accordance with all applicable reservation policies, including those related to cancellations and amendments.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

At O' Canada House Bed and Breakfast, we strive to provide a seamless reservation process and clear cancellation guidelines to ensure your experience with us is smooth and transparent.

Reservations and Payment

Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once we receive payment or valid credit card details. Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

We accept the following payment methods:
VISA, MasterCard, Debit, VISA Debit, and Travel Debit. Please note that we do not accept American Express.

Cancellation Policy
Our rates are non-refundable, with specific exceptions:

• Reservations canceled 0 to 120 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows, are non- refundable.
• Reservations canceled 121 days or more prior to the arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund.

For consistency and fairness to all our guests, there are no exceptions to this policy.

Guests are encouraged to secure their belongings and to lock all doors, windows, and the main entrance when entering or leaving the property.

Room Assignments and Check-Out

To maintain smooth operations, management reserves the right to assign or reassign rooms based on availability and operational requirements. Guests are required to vacate their rooms by the designated checkout time to avoid a late checkout fee.

Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property, including rooms, furnishings, and shared spaces. The associated costs for repairs or replacements will be reflected on the guest responsible.

Website and Booking Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website and booking platforms. However, we cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, or technical difficulties that may occur.

Privacy Policy
